  19. This is to announce a preliminary release of MS-DOS Kermit 3.15.  The
  20. program itself is in final form, but the accompanying text files have not
  21. been updated yet; for now, all the changes and new features are documented
  22. in the file MSK315.DOC.  The new release is available now as a ZIP archive:
